Pantograph coils grips
Pantograph coils grips are conceived in order to lift plate coils with internal side hold, using auto-expansive "shoes", which can lift the object by means of direct contact with the lower surface of the coil. This solution allows a safe grip where friction can not be assured (oiled or not regular coils).
This device is now supplied in the version with 2 holding-shoes; we are developing the solution with 4 shoes, useful to prevent coils oval-shaping.
A blocking lever is used to keep the holding-shoes opened during coil insertion.
Equipment is provided with two handled brackets, adjustable in different positions depending on the coils heights.
Grips are arranged to hold coils with internal nominal diameter from 500 to 600 mm.
